2. Acceptance of the FY2020-2021 Veterans Mental Health Grant for the VALOR Program in the amount of $250,000 through the Texas Veterans Commission, 296th District Court.

3. Acceptance of the C.T.D. Program (CSE-IT, TREAT IT, DIVERT IT) grant in the amount of $320,379.42 through the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division, Juvenile Probation.

4. Grant application for the FY2021 District Attorney Testing for Forensic Evidence Grant in the amount of $156,465 through the Office of the Governor, Public Safety Office, Criminal Justice Division, District Attorney.

7. Grant a fire lane and mutual access easement to the City of McKinney across from the county service center property, Public Works.

8. Amend the Flexible Spending Account Plan to allow mid-year annual pledge changes as a result of COVID-19, as allowed by the Internal Revenue Service, Human Resources.
