1. Grounds and Turf Equipment, Wide Area Mower (Contract No. 2018-027) to Deere and Company, Public Works.

e. Agreement(s):

1. Texas Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) Maintenance Grant Contract with the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) in the amount of $28,546.78 for the period beginning September 1, 2017 through and including August 31, 2018, Auditor.

f. Amendment(s):

1. No. 3 to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Wylie for GIS Services to extend the agreement for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2018 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Information Technology.

Protest of RFP No. 2017-121 Inmate Telephone System, Purchasing.

Real Estate (551.072)

Award or reject single bid received for IFB No. 2018-115, Sale of Real Property: Old F.M. Highway 720 Right-of-way, Special Projects.

Sale of a portion of Unused Street Right-of-Way in Hollander Addition, Special Projects.

Any action resulting from the executive session.

The court reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
