Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:
1. Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:
2. Consent agenda to approve:
a. Disbursements for the period ending September 19, 2017, Auditor.
b. Grant application for the FY 2018 Tuberculosis (TB) Prevention and Control (Federal Funds) through the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Health Care.
c. Memorandum of Understanding with Collin County Crisis Response Ministry to provide services to assist victims of critical incidents, Health Care.
d. Filing of the September 5, 2017 Special Session, Minutes, County Clerk.
e. Designation of the FY2018 Health Care Foundation regular term meeting dates and time, Health Care Foundation Board.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
Any action resulting from the executive session.
