NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

COMMISSIONERS COURT MEETING

1. Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

4. Consent agenda to approve:

a. Disbursements for the period ending June 13, 2017, Auditor.

b. Indigent Defense Disbursements, Auditor.

c. Paxton Disbursements, Auditor.

d. Tax refunds totaling $1,253,563.94, Tax Assessor/Collector.

e. Award(s):

1. Concrete Joint and Crack Repairs at Various County Buildings (IFB No. 2017-173) to CGS Construction Corp., Facilities.

f. Agreement(s):

1. Agreement to Contribute Right of Way Funds (Fixed Price) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for 10% of the right-of-way (ROW) acquisition costs for certain highway improvements on FM 2514 from East of Lavon Parkway to North of Drain Drive and from North of Drain Drive to Brown Street, Engineering.

g. Amendment(s):

1. First Amendment to the City-County Plat Approval Agreement with the City of Parker for the enforcement of subdivision regulations within the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction, Engineering.

2. No. 1 to P25 Trunked Radio Upgrade (Contract No. 2016-020) with Motorola Solutions, Inc. to make various changes to the contract and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Sheriff.

h. Contract Renewal(s):

1. Supplies: Janitorial (IFB No. 2015-148) with Eagle Brush & Chemical, Inc. to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2018, Facilities.

2. Supplies: Janitorial (IFB No. 2015-148) with Infinity Supply & Service, Inc. to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2018, Facilities.

3. Services, Mowing and String Tree Trimming (IFB No. 2016-262) with Gant Contractors Inc. to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2018, Public Works.

4. Supplies: Fleet Repair Parts (IFB No. 2015-144) with Bob Tomes Ford, Inc. to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2018, Public Works.

5. Supplies: Fleet Repair Parts (IFB No. 2015-144) with O’Reilly Auto Enterprises, LLC dba O’Reilly Auto Parts to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2018, Public Works.

i. Receive and File, Auditor:

1. Monthly Financial Reports for April 2017.

j. Filing of the Minute(s), County Clerk:

1. May 22, 2017.

k. Miscellaneous

1. Final Plat for the Cope Addition No. 2, Lots 1–31, Engineering.

3. Declare the attached list of Collin County property as surplus and authorize the Purchasing Agent to sell via on-line auction per V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 263 and authorize advertising for same, Purchasing.

GENERAL DISCUSSION

Presentation, discussion and any action regarding:

5. Additional funding for the design and construction of Frontier Parkway from the DNT to SH289 (Bond Project No. 07-014), Engineering.

7. Discontinue participation in the State of Texas LIRAP/Low Income Vehicle Repair Assistance, Retrofit, and Accelerated Vehicle Retirement Program, Administrative Services.

8. Possible future agenda items by Commissioners Court without discussion.

EXECUTIVE SESSION (upon recess of GENERAL DISCUSSION)

Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
