NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

COMMISSIONERS COURT MEETING

1. Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

4. Consent agenda to approve:

a. Disbursements for the period ending May 9, 2017, Auditor.

b. Indigent Defense Disbursements, Auditor.

c. Advertisement(s):

1. Cisco UCS Blade Server Chassis System (RFP No. 2017-213), Information Technology.

2. Sale of Surplus Furniture (IFB No. 2017-081) and in the event that no bids are received the surplus furniture is considered worthless and the property shall be destroyed or otherwise disposed per Local Government Code 263.152(3), Purchasing.

d. Award(s):

1. Uniforms, Honor Guard (IFB No. 2017-175) to Red the Uniform Tailor, Sheriff.

e. Agreement(s):

1. Amended and Restated Lease Agreement with the City of Frisco for property located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Suite 2000, Frisco, Texas, commencing on January 1, 2017 and terminating December 31, 2017, Construction & Projects.

f. Amendment(s):

1. No. 1 to Frontier Parkway Improvements (AGR No. 2016-229) with Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter L.L.P. for additional engineering services, budget amendment in the amount of $20,000 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Engineering.

2. No. 1 to Software and Implementation Services for an ERP Financial System (RFP No. 2015-192) with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to remove three (3) modifications from the contract that are no longer needed and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Information Technologies.

3. No. 11 to the lease agreement with the Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation and Collin County Bio-Terrorism for property located at 825 N. McDonald Street, McKinney, Texas to increase the total square footage to approximately 1,011 square feet of office space effective April 24, 2017 through and including December 31, 2021, Construction & Projects.

g. Contract Renewal(s):

1. AiLIS Software Maintenance for County Clerk (AGR No. 2017-022) with Granicus, Inc. to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2018, County Clerk.

2. Maintenance, Redaction Services for County Clerk (AGR No. 2017-024) with Granicus, Inc. to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2018, County Clerk.

3. Storage and Microfilm Creation (RFP No. 2016-153) with Progrio LLC to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2018, County Clerk.

h. Ratification of the County Judge's prior approval:

1. Ratification of the County Judge's prior approval of county overtime for the pay period ended May 7, 2017, Human Resources.

i. Budget adjustment(s)/amendment(s):

1. $1,000 to transfer funds to Education and Conference, 296th District Court.

2. $35,200 to purchase 44 desktop scanners for the CSCD Probation Officers, Information Technologies.

j. Receive and File, Auditor:

1. Monthly Financial Reports for December 2016, Auditor.

k. Filing of the Minute(s), County Clerk:

1. April 24, 2017.

2. April 27, 2017 Special Session.

1. Trinity Trail Preservation Association to utilize a portion of the remaining 4th Series 2007 Parks/Open Space Project Funding Assistance Program Funds (Bond Project No. 07PG50) to make drive repairs and drainage improvements at the Brockdale Park trailhead, Special Projects.

DECISIONS MANDATED BY LEGAL ENTITIES OUTSIDE OF COMMISSIONERS COURT AUTHORITY:

1. Amendment No. 1 to Services, CSCD, Sex Offender Counseling (RFP No. 2016-290) with various vendors to decrease the contract amount effective September 1, 2016 through and including August 31, 2017, Adult Probation.

2. Donation of $6,000 to the Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County (CACCC) utilizing the District Attorney State Forfeiture Fund and budget amendment for same, District Attorney.
