1. Online Auctioneering Services (RFP No. 2016-302), Purchasing.

e. Agreement(s):

1. Interlocal Agreement with LifePath Systems to cover Behavioral Health, Early Childhood Intervention and Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services to be paid in quarterly installments of $577,654.50 (totaling $2,310,618), Budget.

2. Agreement for SoftCode CivilServe Software with Tyler Technologies, Inc., declare Tyler Technologies, Inc. as the sole source provider and grant an exemption from the competitive bid process in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024(a)(7)(A) and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Information Technology.

3. Interlocal Agreement with the City of Plano for funding through the 7th Series – 2007 Parks/Open Space Project Funding Assistance Program (Bond Project No. 07PG93) for improvements to the Cottonwood Creek Trail Extension, Stoney Hollow Park to East Park Blvd, Special Projects.

4. Interlocal Agreement(s) for Library Services to be paid in quarterly installments for an annual amount of $14,308.33, Budget:

a. City of Celina for the Celina Public Library.

b. City of Melissa for the Melissa Public Library.

c. City of Princeton for the Princeton Community Library.

d. Town of Prosper for the Prosper Community Library.

e. City of Wylie for the Rita & Truett Smith Public Library.

f. Amendment(s):

1. No. 10 to the Lease Agreement with the Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation and Collin County Bio-Terrorism for property located at 825 N. McDonald Street, McKinney, Texas to increase the total square footage to approximately 700 square feet of office space beginning January 1, 2017 through and including December 31, 2021, Construction & Projects.

g. Change Order(s):

1. No. 38 to Construction: Collin County Courthouse Addition (IFB No. 11067-10) with Turner Construction Company as negotiated in the amount of ($128,664) and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Construction & Projects.

h. Ratification of the County Judge's prior approval:

1. FY 2016 Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification with the US Department of Justice, Collin County and the Collin County District Attorney’s Office, Auditor.
