Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

COMMISSIONERS COURT MEETING

1. Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

4. Consent agenda to approve:

a. Disbursements for the period ending August 16, 2016, Auditor.

b. Tax refunds totaling $624,633.28, Tax Assessor/Collector.

1. Construction, Myers Park Maintenance/Storage Building (IFB No. 2016-317), Construction & Projects.

d. Award(s):

1. Digital Imaging Services (RFP No. 2016-158), Information Technology.

e. Agreement(s):

1. Annual contract with the Collin County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) to establish a system for CSCD employee benefits, Adult Probation.

2. Agreement to Contribute Right of Way Funds (Fixed Price) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for improvements to FM 981 at Bear Creek and Bear Creek Relief and budget amendment in the amount of $38,752 for same, Engineering.

3. Interlocal Agreement with the City of Parker for the relocation of water utilities along FM 2514 (Parker Road) from FM 2551 to FM 1378 (Bond Project No. 07-00-64) and budget amendment in the amount of $1,710,000 for same. County participation NTE $1,710,000, Engineering.

f. Change Order(s):

1. No. 1 to Testing: Postmortem Toxicology (IFB No. 2015-286) with National Medical Services, Inc. (NMS Labs) to include a price redetermination for an overall increase of up to 3%, extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2017 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Medical Examiner.

g. Contract Renewal(s):

1. Voter Registration and Early Voting Software (RFP No. 02376-09) with Votec Corporation to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2017, Information Technology.

2. Detergents and Dispenser for Laundry and Kitchen (IFB No. 2014-139) with Ecolab Inc. to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2017, Sheriff.

3. Uniforms: Law Enforcement & Related Items, Work Uniforms and Miscellaneous (IFB No. 03193-12) with Galls, LLC to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2017, Sheriff.

4. Vehicle Lease/Rental for Various Collin County Departments (IFB No. 2015-157) with EAN Holdings, LLC DBA Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company of Texas to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2017, Sheriff.

h. Budget adjustment(s)/amendment(s):

1. $635 to transfer funds to Education and Conference, 416th District Court.

2. $34,000 to cover the additional funding needed for Education and Conference, District Attorney.

7. Application for a Slaughter Facility submitted by North Texas Halal Farm to be located at 18366 County Road 656, Farmersville, Texas, Development Services.

8. Behavioral Health Transition update, Administrative Services.

9. IT FY2016 Technology presentation, Information Technology.

10. Exemption of The Perryman Group from the competitive bid process per VTCA LGC 262.024(a)(4) a personal or professional service, for a study on the potential economic effects of converting portions of US 380 to a Limited Access Roadway (LAR), Administrative Services.

11. Going the Extra Mile (GEM) employee recognition policy, Administrative Services.
