COLLIN COUNTY HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:
1. Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:
2. Consent agenda to approve:
a. Disbursements for the period ending July 26, 2016, Auditor.
b. Amendment to the contract with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for Contract No. 2016-003785-00, Amendment 01: Infectious Disease Control Unit/Surveillance and Epidemiology Activities (IDCU/SUR) Grant to accept the increase of grant funds from $78,475 to $157,253 and extend the contract through and including August 31, 2017, Health Care.
c. Filing of the July 11, 2016, Minutes, County Clerk.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
Any action resulting from the executive session.
