Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Toll Road Authority Board of Directors will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

a. Disbursements for the period ending October 8, 2019, Auditor.
b. $200,000 for legal representation for Outer Loop right-of-way acquisitions, Special Projects.

Presentation, discussion and any action regarding:
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
Any action resulting from executive session.
