Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

COMMISSIONERS COURT MEETING

c. Award(s):

1. GPS Offender Monitoring (RFP No. 2019-169), Sheriff.

2. Audio Visual for 471st District Court (RFP No. 2019-271), Information Technology.

d. Amendment(s):

1. Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Melissa (Agreement No. 10111-09) for animal control services to extend the contract, set the rate for FY2020, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Development Services.

2. Amendment to Tyler Technologies Master Service Agreement to add two (2) additional Judge's edition licenses and authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Information Technology.

3. No. 3 to the Interlocal Agreement for Animal Control & Animal Shelter Services (Agreement No. 2017-208) with the City of Weston, to set the rate for FY2020, extend the agreement for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2020 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Development Services.

4. No. 10 to P25 Trunked Radio Replacement (Contract No. 2016-020) with Motorola Solutions, Inc., to provide various changes to the contract and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Sheriff.

1. No. 1 to Services: Janitorial (RFP No. 2017-172) with Oriental Building Services, Inc. to delete WIC-Wylie and WIC-Frisco locations and renew the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2020, Facilities.

2. No. 1 to Services: Prisoner Transport (Contract No. 2017-223) with US Corrections, LLC to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2020 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, sheriff.

f. Contract Renewal(s):

1. Supplies: Veterinary and Animal Care (IFB No. 2017-074) with Boxes 4 U, Inc., to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2020, Development Services.

2. Supplies: Veterinary and Animal Care (IFB No. 2017-074) with NAO Global Health LLC, to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2020, Development Services.

3. Veterinary Services - General and Spay/Neuter (RFP No. 2017-276) with Taylor Tillery DVM PLLC, to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2020, Development Services.

4. Services, Onsite Grinding, Mulching and Removal of Debris (IFB No. 2017-347) with Camo Farms, Inc. to renew the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2020, Public Works.

g. Receive and File, Auditor:

1. Monthly Financial Reports for July 2019.

2. Comprehensive Audit for Constable, Precinct 4 (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Quarter FY 2017).

1. Acceptance of the roads within McKinney Meadows Phase IV for County maintenance, Engineering.

4. Replat of Lot 6/7RRR and Tract 1R in the Hills of Lone Star Subdivision Deer Meadow Phase 2B, Engineering.

5. Utilization of the Russell A. Steindam Courts Building for the Collin County Bar Association's Mock Trial Competition on Friday, February 21, 2020 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Collin County Bar Association has agreed to pay for security and housekeeping services on Saturday, February 22, 2020, and further requests a waiver of the fees and insurance requirements, Facilities.

6. Redesignation of County Road 228 and sections of Trinity Falls Parkway, County Road 206, and County Road 281 with associated address updates, GIS/Rural Addressing.

7. Abandon a portion of Lynda Lane, Public Works.

8. Sale of fuel truck (Asset No. 55218) in the amount of $265,000 to the City of Plano per Texas Local Government Code, Subchapter D, Section 263.152(a)(1), Public Works.

9. Variance to the Utility Accommodation Policy to place a twelve inch High Density Polyethelene (HDPE) gas line in the right-of-way of the Collin County Outer Loop, Public Works.

10. Rescind Court Order No. 2011-332-05-23, grant discretionary exemption for purchases of food per Local Government Code Section 262.024(a)(8) and (d), and appoint the Purchasing Agent as an authorized agent for the Commissioners Court to negotiate and make contracts on the County's behalf for purchases of food, per Local Government Code 262.001, Sheriff.
