NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

3. Assessment Collection Services Agreement between the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector and the City of Princeton for the Winchester Public Improvement District, Improvement Area No. 3, Tax Assessor-Collector.

e. Amendment(s):

1. No. 1 Inmate Food Service Management (Contract No. 2022-368) with Trinity Services Group, Inc. to increase meal prices, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute associated documents, Purchasing.

2. No. 1 to Jail Services, Out of County Housing (Contract No. 2024-384) with Archer County to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2025, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Sheriff.

h. Miscellaneous:

1. Statewide Automated Victim Notification Services Maintenance Grant Contract (Contract No. C-01666) through The Office of the Attorney General for the period of September 1, 2024 through and including August 31, 2025, Auditor.

2. Fifth Contract Renewal for Participating Entity Services Agreement for the Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (Contract No. 20222344900-339-01) with Appriss Insights, LLC for the period of September 1, 2024 through and including August 31, 2025, Auditor.

3. Adoption of the FY2025 Investment Policy, Auditor.

4. Acceptance of the Bullet-Resistant Shield Grant award in the amount of $62,401.23, Constable, Precinct 1.

5. Accept the roads within Summerlin Phase 4 for county maintenance, Engineering.

6. Rescind Court Order No. 2024-1042-10-07 and approve corrected award of QSFP Transceiver Modules (Contract No. 2024-436) to CDW Government LLC through DIR Cooperative Contract No. DIR-CPO-5093, Information Technology.

7. Acceptance of a Lowe's rebate in the amount of $346.75 to be deposited in the Going the Extra Mile Employee Incentive Program line item, and budget amendment for same, Purchasing.

8. Personnel Appointments, Human Resources.

9. Personnel Changes, Human Resources.

2. General Discussion Items:

Presentation, discussion and any action regarding:

a. Acceptance of the FY2025 General Victims Assistance Grant award in the amount of $72,447.20 with a County match of $18,111.80, and budget amendment in the amount of $18,112 for same, Sheriff.

b. Commissioners Court Rules of Procedure, Conduct & Decorum, Administrative Services.

3. Executive Session Items:

Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.

Any action resulting from the executive session.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed in this agenda, in the order deemed appropriate, as authorized by Chapter 551, Open Meetings, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.0745, 551.075 and 551.076, or to seek the advice of its attorney and/or other attorneys representing Collin County on any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code or as otherwise may be permitted under chapter 551.

Public Comments not related to an item on the Agenda. If a member of the public would like to address the Court, a properly completed Public Comment Form must be submitted prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes for public comments.
