NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

1. Consent Agenda Items:

3. Intergovernmental Lease Agreement with the State of Texas Health and Human Services Commission for and on behalf of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services for office space located at 2100 Bloomdale Road, McKinney, Texas, for a period of 60 months commencing November 1, 2024 through and including October 31, 2029, Construction & Projects.

4. Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Jail Services (Contract No. 2024-462) with the City of Wylie, Sheriff.

5. Assessment Collection Services Agreement between the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector and the City of Lavon for the Elevon Public Improvement District, Improvement Area No. 2-A, Tax Assessor-Collector.

6. Assessment Collection Services Agreement between the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector and the City of Lavon for the Elevon Public Improvement District, Improvement Area No. 2-B, Tax Assessor-Collector.

7. Assessment Collection Services Agreement between the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector and the City of Plano for the Haggard Farm Public Improvement District, Improvement Area No. 1, Tax Assessor-Collector.

3. No. 2 to Inmate Health Care Medical Services (Contract No. 2022-061) with WellPath LLC to make various changes to the contract, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Purchasing.

4. No. 4 to Interlocal Jail Services Agreement (Contract No. 2020-371) with the Town of St. Paul to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2025, make various changes to the contract, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Sheriff.

g. Change Order(s):

1. No. 1 to Equipment, Rental: Road Construction and Right of Way Maintenance Equipment (IFB No. 2023-363) with Herc Rentals, Inc. to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including November 5, 2025, include a price redetermination, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Public Works.

2. No. 1 to Prisoner Transport (Contract No. 2021-238) with US Corrections, LLC to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2025, remove line items from the contract, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Sheriff.

b. Condemnation of parcels to facilitate the construction of Park Blvd from Westgate Way to FM 2514 (Parker Rd), Engineering.

3. Executive Session Items:

Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed in this agenda, in the order deemed appropriate, as authorized by Chapter 551, Open Meetings, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.0745, 551.075 and 551.076, or to seek the advice of its attorney and/or other attorneys representing Collin County on any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code or as otherwise may be permitted under chapter 551.
