NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

Invocation – Judge Hill Pledge of Allegiance – Commissioner Hale Pledge of Allegiance to the Texas Flag – Commissioner Williams

1. Consent Agenda Items:

a. Disbursements for the period ending April 16, 2024, Auditor.

b. Indigent Defense Disbursements, Auditor.

1. Interlocal Agreement with Hunt County for the reconstruction of County Road 698, Public Works.

e. Amendment(s):

1. No. 1 to Personal Services Agreement for the North Texas Veterans Treatment Court, Mental Health Coordinator (Contract No. 2024-209) with William Brownfield to update the pay schedule in Exhibit A to reflect an annual salary of $70,000, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, 296th District Court.

2. No. 18 to Frontier Parkway Improvements (Contract No. 2016-229) with Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter L.L.P. to add labor and fees for a third party inspection and ongoing construction administrative services, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Engineering.

1. Fujitsu Document Scanners, Lexmark Printers and Accessories (Contract No. 2021-229) with iPrint Technologies Inc. to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including July 6, 2025, Information Technology.

2. Fujitsu Document Scanners, Lexmark Printers and Accessories (Contract No. 2021-229) with 1st Run Computer Services Inc. to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including July 6, 2025, Information Technology.

h. Budget adjustment(s)/amendment(s):

1. $7,350.35 to reallocate funds for the Spay/Neuter Program, Development Services.

2. $74,711.90 for Possession and Use Agreements with TxDOT for US380, Engineering.

Any action resulting from the executive session.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed in this agenda, in the order deemed appropriate, as authorized by Chapter 551, Open Meetings, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.0745, 551.075 and 551.076, or to seek the advice of its attorney and/or other attorneys representing Collin County on any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code or as otherwise may be permitted under chapter 551.
