a. Public Hearing - Consideration and any action for the issuance of a mass gathering permit for the Garden Show event on March 16-17, 2024 at Myers Park Event Center in accordance to Health and Safety Code Chapter 751, Myers Park.

b. Public Hearing - Consideration and any action for the issuance of a mass gathering permit for the Dallas Festival of Colors event on March 23, 2024 at Myers Park Event Center in accordance to Health and Safety Code Chapter 751, Myers Park.

c. Public Hearing - Consideration and any action for the issuance of a mass gathering permit for the Lone Star Celtic Festival and Highland Games event on April 20-21, 2024 at Myers Park Event Center in accordance to Health and Safety Code Chapter 751, Myers Park.

Public Comments not related to an item on the Agenda. If a member of the public would like to address the Court, a properly completed Public Comment Form must be submitted prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes for public comments.
