HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION MEETING
1. Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:
2. Consent agenda to approve:
a. Disbursements for the period ending June 25, 2019, Auditor.
b. Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of State Health Services to set roles and responsibilities regarding medications available through DSHS Inventory Tracking Electronic Asset Management System and further authorize the Data Use Agreement - Attachment 2 Security and Privacy Inquiry, Health Care.
c. Amendment with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) for Contract No. 2017-049828-001, Amendment No. 3: Women, Infant and Children's (WIC) Nutrition Local Agency Grant to accept the FY 2020 grant award and further extend the contract through and including August 31, 2020, Health Care.
d. Filing of the June 10, 2019, Minutes, County Clerk.
e. Receive and File, Auditor:
1. Monthly Financial Reports for January 2019.
2. Monthly Financial Reports for February 2019.
3. Monthly Financial Reports for March 2019.
