Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:
Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:
1. Consent Agenda Items:
a. Disbursements for the period ending February 20, 2024, Auditor.
b. Agreement(s):
1. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Community Health Service Agency, Inc. of Hunt County d/b/a Carevide for prescription assistance, sick medical visits, laboratory, and immunizations effective March 1, 2024 through and including February 28, 2025, Health Care.
2. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Hope Clinic of McKinney for medical services and laboratory services effective March 1, 2024 through and including February 28, 2025, Health Care.
3. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Health Services of North Texas for medical visits, including examinations, labs, immunizations and prescription medications effective March 1, 2024 through and including February 28, 2025, Health Care.
4. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Catholic Charities of Dallas, Inc. for patient clinic visits and specialist visits effective March 1, 2024 through and including February 28, 2025, Health Care
5. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Samaritan Inn, Inc. for prescription assistance, sick medical visits, and outpatient medical services effective March 1, 2024 through and including February 28, 2025, Health Care.
c. Amendment(s):
1. No. 1 to lease agreement with Stride Services, LLC (Agreement No. 2022-193) for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Suite 280, Plano, TX to extend the lease for two (2) years through and including February 28, 2026, Construction & Projects.
d. Receive and File, Auditor:
1. Health Care (1st Quarter FY2024).
2. Substance Abuse (1st Quarter FY2024).
e. Miscellaneous:
1. Personnel Appointments, Human Resources.
2. Executive Session Items:
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
The Board reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed in this agenda, in the order deemed appropriate, as authorized by Chapter 551, Open Meetings, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.0745, 551.075 and 551.076, or to seek the advice of its attorney and/or other attorneys representing the Board on any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Health Care Advisory Board under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code or as otherwise may be permitted under chapter 551.
