NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

1. Consent Agenda Items:

a. Disbursements for the period ending January 16, 2024, Auditor.

b. Indigent Defense Disbursements, Auditor.

1. FY2024 Varonis Maintenance (Coop Quote No. 2024-168) to NWN Corporation through Choice Partners Contract No. 21/031KN-43, Information Technology.

2. FY2024 Proofpoint Maintenance (Coop Quote No. 2024-172) to CDW Government LLC through TIPS Contract No. 230105, Information Technology.

1. Personal Services Agreement Personal Services Agreement with Baqi Martin (Contract No. 2024-173) for Clinical Director for the VALOR Program, grant exemption from the competitive bid process per Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(4), and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, 296th District Court.

2. Personal Services Agreement Personal Services Agreement with Irma Salera (Contract No. 2024-175) for Intake Coordinator for the VALOR Program, grant exemption from the competitive bid process per Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(4), and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, 296th District Court.

3. Personal Services Agreement Personal Services Agreement with Irma Salera (Contract No. 2024-176) for Court Coordinator for the Veterans Court Treatment Program, grant exemption from the competitive bid process per Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(4), and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, 296th District Court.

4. Amended and Restated Commercial Lease Agreement (Agreement No. 2020-181) with the City of Frisco for property located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Suite 2000, Frisco, TX to extend the agreement for one (1) year through and including December 31, 2024, and increase the common area maintenance fee by $0.325 per square foot, Construction & Projects.

5. Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Prosper concerning Coit Road intersection improvements, 2018 Bond Project No. RI18027, Engineering.

6. Interlocal Agreement with the City of Celina concerning Coit Road from Vest Lane to Choate Parkway, 2018 Bond Project No. RI18032, Engineering.

7. License Agreement with Mario Sinacola & Sons Excavating, Inc. to use a portion of the Collin County Outer Loop right of way for a temporary field office, temporary concrete batch, parking, and staging of related equipment and other ancillary uses to support the construction of the North Texas Tollway's Dallas North Tollway Segment 5 South and Segment 5 North projects, Engineering.

8. Interlocal Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding with the North Texas Municipal Water District and the City of McKinney concerning the installation of a water supply pipeline project, Engineering.

9. Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the City of Hurst, Purchasing.

10. Dealer Deputy Agreement between the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector and BFOR Company, LLC dba Sewell INEOS Grenadier to perform motor vehicle titling and registration services, Tax Assessor-Collector.

11. Dealer Deputy Agreement between the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector and CarMax Auto Superstores, Inc. dba CarMax located in Plano to perform motor vehicle titling and registration services, Tax Assessor-Collector.

12. Dealer Deputy Agreement between the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector and CarMax Auto Superstores, Inc dba CarMax located in McKinney to perform motor vehicle titling and registration services Tax Assessor-Collector.

f. Amendment(s):

1. Amendment to the Letter of Engagement for Legal Services with Ross, Gannaway, Clifton, PLLC to update fees, Human Resources.

2. No. 2 to Audio Video Upgrade for Collin County Courthouse (RFP No. 2021-158) with Ford Audio-Video Systems, LLC to provide various changes to the contract and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Information Technology.

Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to discuss the following subjects:

Any action resulting from the executive session.
