NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

COMMISSIONERS COURT MEETING

1. Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

a. Sheriff Skinner to present Life Saving Award, Sheriff.

b. Proclamation recognizing April 7-13, 2019 as national Crime Victims' Rights week, District Attorney.

a. Disbursements for the period ending April 2, 2019, Auditor.

b. Indigent Defense Disbursements, Auditor.

c. Tax refunds totaling $4,102,848.02, Tax Assessor/Collector.

d. Advertisement(s):

1. Uninterruptible Power Supply Replacement (IFB No. 2019-147), Facilities.

e. Award(s):

1. Services, Jail Kitchen Grease Trap Replacement (Contract No. 2019-175) to Brandt Companies, LLC utilizing the Buyboard Cooperative Contract No. 558-18 in the amount of $63,092 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Facilities.

f. Agreement(s):

1. Interlocal Participation Agreement for the GoodBuy Purchasing Cooperative, per VTCA, LGC 271.102 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Purchasing.

2. Interlocal Agreement with the City of Wylie for Use of the City's Water Tower for Collin County's Public-Safety Radio, Sheriff.

3. 2019 Lake Patrol Contract with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District to provide additional patrol of Lake Lavon from May 18, 2019 through and including September 14, 2019, Sheriff.

4. Sanitary Sewer Easement Agreement to grant an easement to the City of McKinney on County owned property, Construction and Projects.

g. Contract Renewal(s):

1. Elastic Platinum X-Pack (IFB No. 2018-182) with DLT Solutions, LLC to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including May 18, 2020, Information Technology.

h. Budget adjustment(s)/amendment(s):

1. $6,212 to reallocate funds for the Spay/Neuter Program, Development Services.

2. $1,027 for the purchase of electronic equipment utilizing the Justice Court Technology Fund, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1.

i. Receive and File, Auditor:

1. FY2018 Annual Inventory Audit - Final of the Information Technology - Handheld Items.

j. Filing of the Minute(s), County Clerk:

1. March 11, 2019.

1. Acceptance of the portion of Gracebridge, within The Hills of Lone Star Phase 5/Bear Branch Subdivision for County maintenance, Engineering.
