NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:
Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

5. No. 1 to Personal Services Agreement for the VALOR Program (Contract No. 2022-399) with Krystal Ervin to extend the contract through and including July 31, 2023, amend the payment schedule, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, 296th District Court.
6. No. 1 to Personal Services Agreement for Veterans Court (Contract No. 2023-121) with Amanda Garcia to extend the contract through and including July 31, 2023, change the language for compensation for services, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, 296th District Court.
7. 10. No. 2 to Personal Services Agreement for the VALOR Program (Contract No. 2022-174) with Muta Wells to extend the contract through and including July 31, 2023, amend the payment schedule, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, 296th District Court.
11. No. 3 to Personal Services Agreement for Veterans Court (Contract No. 2022-175) with Muta Wells to extend the contract through and including July 31, 2023, amend the payment schedule, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, 296th District Court.
g. Contract Renewal(s):
1. Fujitsu Document Scanners, Lexmark Printers and Accessories (Contract No. 2021-229) with 1st Run Computer Services to extend the Contract for one (1) year through and including July 6, 2024, Information Technology.
h. Budget adjustment(s)/amendment(s):
1. $47,715.73 for Specialty Courts, Auditor.
2. $590 to re-budget a refund received for overpayment of recording fees on two (2) parcels, Engineering.
3. $39,304 to move funds for legal expenses related to the purchase of right of way for the future Outer Loop, Engineering.
4. $11,661.50 to move funds to the 2007 Bond Program discretionary account to remove a deficit and move funds to the 2018 Bond Program city project awards, Engineering.
5. $1,200 for the purchase of a printer, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1.
6. $20,000 to cover projected shortfalls in the Jail Café budget for food supplies, Sheriff.
7. $20,000 for the North Texas Criminal Interdiction Unit training and travel, utilizing Federal Forfeiture Funds, Sheriff.
9. Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2 (1st Quarter FY023).
j. Miscellaneous:
1. Lone Star PACE annual report, Administrative Services.
2. Purchase of an Adobe Creative Suite license to the County's Adobe ETLA program, District Attorney.
3. Increase network pipe at the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2 and Constable, Precinct 2 Lavon building, Information Technology.
4. Assignment and assumption to Professional Services, Historic Structures Report for Myers Park (Contract No. 2022-120) to change the name from McCoy Collaborative Preservation Architecture, PLLC to TreanorHL, Inc. and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Purchasing.
5. Purchase of inmate recreation items in the amount of $4,848, utilizing Inmate Commissary Funds, Sheriff.
6. Purchase of emergency safety shears, not to exceed $12,500, utilizing Inmate Commissary Funds, Sheriff.
7. Personnel Appointments, Human Resources.

2. General Discussion Items:
Presentation, discussion and any action regarding:
a. Public Hearing - Amending the Collin County Property Assessed Clean Energy "PACE" Program pursuant to the Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy Act, Administrative Services.
b. Public Hearing - Re-plat of Lots 3B, 4A and 4B of Arnold Creek Farms, Engineering.
3. Executive Session Items:
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to discuss the following subjects:

State of cybersecurity, Information Technology.
Any action resulting from the executive session.
The Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed in this agenda, in the order deemed appropriate, as authorized by Chapter 551, Open Meetings, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.0745, 551.075 and 551.076, or to seek the advice of its attorney and/or other attorneys representing Collin County on any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code or as otherwise may be permitted under chapter 551.
