5. Acceptance of the roads within the Timberridge development (City of McKinney ETJ Subdivision) for County maintenance, Engineering.

6. Variance to the Collin County Subdivision Regulations to allow site grading prior to Final Plat submittals for Country Lakes Subdivision, as long as grading and drainage plans have been reviewed and approved by County Engineering staff, Engineering.

5. Justice of the Peace end of year report represented by Judge Raleeh and Judge Ruckel, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1.
