a. Allocate the 2018 Bond Election Proposition B City Projects sold in 2022 and a budget adjustment in the amount of $29,400,288 for same, Engineering.

b. Bond presentation and approval to authorize the sale of $264,445,000 in Proposition A (Road Bonds) and $2,000,000 in Proposition C (Parks & Open Space Bonds) for a total bond sale of $266,445,0000, Budget.

c. Parameters order for series 2023 bonds, Budget.

d. 2021 International Fire Code with amendments, Fire Marshal.

e. Funding recommendations for the 2023 Historical Commission grant program recipients, Historical Commission.

3. Executive Session Items:

Public comments related to an item on the Agenda. If a member of the public would like to address the Court, a properly completed Public Comment Form must be submitted prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes for public comments.
