Notice is hereby given that the Board of Judges, consisting of District Judges, Robert T. Dry, Jr., Scott Becker, John R. Roach, Jr., Ray Wheless, Suzanne Wooten, Mark Rusch, Chris Oldner, Cynthia Wheless and Jill Willis will meet at 8:30 a.m., Friday, September 2, 2011, in the Jack Hatchel Administration Building, Commissioner's Court Room, 2300 Bloomdale Road, 4th Floor, McKinney, Texas 75071 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider the following:

1. Consideration and setting of the compensation for the Fiscal Year 2012 for the Collin County Assistant Auditors in accordance with Local Government Code Section 152.905 and 84.021

2. Consideration and possible approval of the Collin County Auditor's Operating and Capital Budgets for Fiscal Year 2012 in accordance with Local Government Code Section 111.

3. Consideration of the re-appointment of Collin County Auditor for another two year term for Fiscal Year 2012 through Fiscal Year 2013 in accordance with Local Government Code Section 84.003.

4. Consideration and setting of the compensation for the Fiscal Year 2012 for the Collin County Auditor in accordance with Local Government Code Section 152.905 and 152.031.

5. Consideration and setting of the compensation for the Fiscal Year 2012 for the Collin County Court Reporters in accordance with Local Government Code Section 152.905 and 152.031
