AI-28146 Amendment to the contract with the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) forProgram Attachment No. 1 to Contract No. 2008-023780, Amendment No. 001A:Immunization Branch - Locals and further authorize the President to finalize andexecute same, Health Care.
