Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:
Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:
1. Consent Agenda Items:
a. Disbursements for the period ending February 21, 2023, Auditor.
b. Agreement(s):
1. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Allen Community Outreach for prescription assistance, sick medical visits, laboratory, and x-ray services effective March 1, 2023 through and including February 29, 2024, Health Care.
2. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Children and Community Health Center of McKinney for patient clinic visits and specialists visits effective March 1, 2023 through and including February 29, 2024, Health Care.
3. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Community Health Service Agency, Inc. of Hunt County d/b/a Carevide for prescription assistance, sick medical visits, laboratory, and x-ray services effective March 1, 2023 through and including February 29, 2024, Health Care.
4. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Health Services of North Texas for medical visits, including examination, labs, and immunizations effective March 1, 2023 through and including February 29, 2024, Health Care.
5. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Hope Clinic of McKinney for medical services and laboratory services effective March 1, 2023 through and including February 29, 2024, Health Care.
6. Service Agreement and Business Associate Contract with Samaritan Inn, Inc. for prescription assistance, sick medical visits, and outpatient medical services effective March 1, 2023 through and including February 29, 2024, Health Care.
c. Filing of the Minute(s), County Clerk:
1. January 23, 2023.
d. Amendment(s):
1. No. 2. to COVID-19 Vaccination Capacity Project 1 grant contract to discontinue three (3) Health Care Analyst positions and one (1) Medical Assistant position to offset the addition of two (2) RNs and one (1) Functional Analyst and budget amendment for same, Health Care.
e. Miscellaneous:
1. Revised funding in the amount of $100,581 for the FY2023 Women, Infants and Children Local Agency Grant (Contract No. HHS000801700001) through the Texas Department of Health and Human Services, Health Care.
2. Executive Session Items:
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
The Board reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed in this agenda, in the order deemed appropriate, as authorized by Chapter 551, Open Meetings, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.0745, 551.075 and 551.076, or to seek the advice of its attorney and/or other attorneys representing the Board on any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Health Care Advisory Board under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code or as otherwise may be permitted under chapter 551.
