a. Public Hearing - Consideration and any action for the issuance of a mass gathering permit for the Garden Show event on March 18-19, 2023 at Myers Park Event Center in accordance to Health and Safety Code Chapter 751, Special Projects.

c. Boards & Commissions Appointments, Commissioners Court.

d. Conference of Urban Counties update, Commissioner, Precinct 1.
