State Health Services (DSHS) for Contract No. 2014-001388, Amendment
No. 01: Tuberculosis Prevention and Controlâ?"Federal to make various
changes to the contract with a retro-effective date of September 1,
2013 and further authorize the Board President to finalize and
execute same, Health Care.
