1. Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

b.AI-34969 Renewal of the Customer Agreement with Oxford Diagnostic Laboratories to provide (T-Spot) Tuberculosis testing services and further authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Health Care.

Services Agreement(s) and Business Associate Contract(s) (in accordance with HIPAA and Incorporated Security Addendum) to provide assistance for low income United States Citizens and Resident Aliens of Collin County at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level through and including December 31, 2012 and further authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Health Care:
