1.AI-33835 Budget amendment in the amount of $34,575 to establish the budget for the FY2011 WIC (Women, Infants and Children) grant, Auditor.

b.AI-33889 Amendment No. 2 to the Lease Agreement with the Collin County Health Care Foundation and Collin County Homeland Security for property located at 920 East Park Boulevard, Plano, Texas to extend the lease for one (1) year through and including July 31, 2012 at the rate of $1,592 per month and further authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Construction & Projects.

c.AI-33824 Receive and file the Monthly Interim Financial Report for March 2011, Auditor.

d.AI-33846 Filing of the June 27, 2011, Minutes, County Clerk.
