1. Consent Agenda Items:

a. Disbursements for the period ending June 7, 2022, Auditor.

d. Agreement(s):

1. Land lease with LifePath Systems for property located at the southeast corner of Bloomdale Rd. and Community Ave., Administrative Services.

2. General Discussion Items:

a. Public Hearing - Establishment of a PACE Financing Program pursuant to the Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy Act, Commissioner, Precinct 1.

b. Establish the Collin County PACE Program to finance clean energy improvements, Commissioner, Precinct 1.

c. Professional Services Agreement with Lone Star PACE LLC for PACE Program administration services, Commissioner, Precinct 1.

d. Regional Transportation Council monthly update, Commissioner, Precinct 4.

3. Executive Session Items:

Public Comments. If a member of the public would like to address the Court, a properly completed Public Comment Form must be submitted prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes for public comments.
