2.37796 Local Project Advance Funding Agreement for Voluntary Local Government Contributions to Transportation Improvement Projects with No Required Match regarding the required local match for FM 2786 (Stacy Road) from SH 5 to FM 1378 (local participation is capped at $3,000,000) and further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same, Engineering.

3.37824 Interlocal Agreement with the City of Farmersville for funding through the 4th Series â?" 2007 Parks/Open Space Project Funding Assistance Program (Bond Project No. 07PG53) for the construction and land acquisition for Chaparral Trail and further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same, Special Projects.
