3.38145 Agreement to Contribute Right of Way Funds with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for right-of-way (ROW) acquisition costs and relocation of utilities for improvements on US 75 from Melissa Road to south of the FM 455 interchange, budget amendment in the amount of $1,268,705 (Countyâ??s 10% share $1,268,705) and further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same, Engineering.
