NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

Invocation – Judge Hill Pledge of Allegiance – Commissioner Fletcher Pledge of Allegiance to the Texas Flag – Commissioner Hale

1. Consent Agenda Items:

a. Disbursements for the period ending March 8, 2022, Auditor.

b. Indigent Defense Disbursements, Auditor.

c. Tax refunds totaling $1,981,470.08, Tax Assessor-Collector.

d. Advertisement(s):

1. Equipment, Rental: Inclined Screener with Rinser (IFB No. 2022-192), Public Works.

e. Receive and File, Auditor:

1. Investment Report (4th Quarter FY2021).

f. Miscellaneous:

1. Acknowledgement of the Newark Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation proposed loan to Legacy Christian Academy, Administrative Services.

2. Redesignation of Private Road 5801 as Le Chateau Dr., GIS/Rural Addressing.

3. Personnel Appointments, Human Resources.

4. Personnel Changes, Human Resources.

2. General Discussion Items:

Presentation, discussion and any action regarding:

a. Regional Transportation Council monthly update, Commissioner, Precinct 4.

3. Executive Session Items:

Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to discuss the following subjects:

Legal (551.071)

a. Indigent Defense payment claims by Mark Fratter, Administrative Services.

Any action resulting from the executive session.

The court reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.

Public Comments. If a member of the public would like to address the Court, a properly completed Public Comment Form must be submitted prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes for public comments.
