Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:
1. Consent Agenda Items:
a. Disbursements for the period ending March 1, 2022, Auditor.
b. Amendment(s):
1. No. 1 to Electronic Medical Records System (Contract No. 12108-10) with Greenway Health, Inc. for an interface to allow the online management of client forms and scheduling, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Health Care.
c. Filing of the Minute(s), County Clerk:
1. February 7, 2022.
2. February 14, 2022.
d. Miscellaneous:
1. Acceptance of the FY2021-2025 Disease Intervention Specialist (DIS) Workforce Grant award through the Texas Department of State Health Services, Health Care.
2. Personnel Appointments, Human Resources.
2. Executive Session Items:
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
