Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

Public Comments. If a member of the public would like to address the Court, a properly completed Public Comment Form must be submitted prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes for public comments.

1. Consent Agenda Items:

a. Disbursements for the period ending January 18, 2022, Auditor.

Presentation, discussion and any action regarding:

a. Foreclosed property sale location, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1.

b. Award PI SUVs for DWI Enforcement (Contract No. 2022-147) to Silsbee Ford, Inc. through Goodbuy Cooperative Contract No. 22-22 8F000, and budget amendment in the amount of $177,846 utilizing Federal Forfeiture Funds for same, Sheriff.

c. Boards & Commissions Appointments, Commissioners Court.

d. Regional Transportation Council monthly update, Commissioner, Precinct 4.
