Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

1. Agreement to Contribute Right of Way Funds (Fixed Price) for highway improvements on Highway US 380 from Airport Drive to 4th Street, and budget amendment in the amount of $181,401 for same, Engineering.

Rental & Laundry (Contract No. 2019-142) with Cintas Corporation to include a price redetermination in accordance with section 10 Contract Term and Renewal of OMNIA Cooperative Contract No. R-BB-19002, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Purchasing.

2. No. 1 to Interlocal Agreement for Dispatch Services (Agreement No. 2020-145) with the City of Princeton to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2021, set the rate for FY2021, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Sheriff.

3. No. 4 to Interlocal Agreement for Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services (Agreement No. 2017-208) with the City of Weston to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2021, set the rate for FY2021, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Development Services.

4. No. 12 to Interlocal Agreement for Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services (Agreement No. 10108-09) with the City of Nevada to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2021, set the rate for FY2021, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Development Services.

5. No. 13 to Interlocal Agreement for Animal Control Services (Agreement No. 10094-09) with the City of Anna to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2021, set the rate for FY2021, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Development Services.

6. No. 14 to Interlocal Agreement for Animal Control Services (Agreement No. 01357-09) with the City of Celina to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2021, set the rate for FY2021, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Development Services.
