2. Overpass and Easement Agreement with BNSF Railway Company for the construction of Frontier Parkway (County Road 5), and payment in the amount of $553,596 for same, Engineering.

1. No. 1 to Storage and Microfilm Creation (Contract No. 2018-331) with Granicus, LLC. to add various services to the contract, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, County Clerk.

1. Acknowledgement of the issuance of the New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Retirement Community Revenue Bonds (Forefront Living Plano Project) Series 2020, Administrative Services.

2. Changing the title of the office currently known as Justice of the Peace Precinct 3, Place 2 to Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 effective January 1, 2021, Administrative Services.

3. Grant application for the FY2022 Technical Support Grant through the Texas Indigent Defense Commission, 470th District Court.

4. Accept the donation of an accelerant detection dog from State Farm Insurance program, and further authorize the county to provide veterinarian care, food, and yearly recertification, Fire Marshal.

5. Acceptance of the FY2020 UASI Homeland Security Grant Program in the amount of $255,123.44, through the Office of the Governor, Homeland Security Grants Division, Sheriff.
