a. HJR 73 Proposing a constitutional amendment to restrict the power of the legislature to mandate requirements on a municipality or county.

b. SB 292 Creation of a grant program to reduce recidivism, arrest, and incarceration of individuals with mental illness.

d. Supporting vehicle registration block for nonpayment of tolls by habitual violators.

7. Possible future agenda items by Commissioners Court without discussion.
