Consulting Services Agreement with Black & Veatch Corporation for the phase III implementation and completion of the P25 trunked radio system replacement project, grant an exemption from the bidding process in accordance with Local Government Code 262.024(a)(4) and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Sheriff.

1. Revised list of payables to be released outside of the normal process of accounts payable check runs and without an early release approval to avoid late charges and penalties, Auditor.
