f. Change Order(s):

1. No. 1 to Services: Morgue Transport (IFB No. 2015-170) with UT Southwestern Medical Center to include a price redetermination, extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2017 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Medical Examiner.

5. Public Hearing - Consideration and any action for the issuance of a "Mass Gathering" permit for the Vintage Market Days event on November 18-20, 2016 at Myers Park & Event Center in accordance to the Health and Safety Code 751, Special Projects.

6. Jeffory Blackard Court of Appeals Number: 05-16-00408-CV; District Court Case Number: 380-05246-2015, Commissioner, Precinct 3.
