NOTICE OF A SPECIAL SESSION MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in a SPECIAL SESSION meeting. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

COMMISSIONERS COURT SPECIAL SESSION MEETING

1. Call to order. Court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

3. Presentation/Recognition.

4. Consent agenda to approve:

a. Disbursements for the period ending August 30, 2016, Auditor.

GENERAL DISCUSSION

Presentation, discussion and any action regarding:

5. Public Hearing – FY 2017 Proposed Tax Rate, Budget.

6. Proposed FY 2017 Budget, County Judge.

7. Possible future agenda items by Commissioners Court without discussion.

EXECUTIVE SESSION (upon recess of GENERAL DISCUSSION)

Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to discuss the following subjects:

Legal (551.071)

Consult with an attorney regarding Ohio v. US, Case No. 2:15-cv-321, Administrative Services.

Consult with an attorney regarding Arch Resorts, LLC v. City of McKinney, Texas, Cause No. 05-15-01108-CV, Administrative Services.

The court reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.

Any action resulting from the executive session.
