5. Declare the attached list of Collin County property as surplus and authorize the Purchasing Agent to sell via on-line auction per V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 263 and authorize advertising for same, Purchasing.

5. Road Materials, Emulsified Asphalt (IFB No. 2016-127), Public Works.

6. Results of compensation program analysis conducted by Korn Ferry Hay Group, Human Resources.
