1. Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

5. Utilization of the Russell A. Steindam Courts Building for the Collin County Bar Association's Mock Trial Competition on Friday, February 21, 2020 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Collin County Bar Association has agreed to pay for security and housekeeping services on Saturday, February 22, 2020, and further requests a waiver of the fees and insurance requirements, Facilities.
6. Redesignation of County Road 228 and sections of Trinity Falls Parkway, County Road 206, and County Road 281 with associated address updates, GIS/Rural Addressing.
10. Rescind Court Order No. 2011-332-05-23, grant discretionary exemption for purchases of food per Local Government Code Section 262.024(a)(8) and (d), and appoint the Purchasing Agent as an authorized agent for the Commissioners Court to negotiate and make contracts on the County's behalf for purchases of food, per Local Government Code 262.001, Sheriff.

a. Public Hearing - Proposed FY 2020 Tax Rate.
b. Adoption of an order setting and approving the FY 2020 Elected Officials salaries.
c. Adoption of an order setting and approving the FY 2020 Budget.
d. Adoption of an order setting the maintenance and operating tax rate for FY 2020.
e. Adoption of an order setting the debt service tax rate for FY 2020.
f. Adoption of an order setting the combined tax rate for FY 2020.
g. Adoption of an order approving the FY 2020 Fee Schedule.
h. Restrictions on funds in compliance with Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statement Number 54 for FY 2020.
6. Public Hearing - FY 2020 Preservation, Restoration, and Records Archive Plan, District Clerk.
