Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

a. Disbursements for the period ending January 22, 2019, Auditor.
b. Filing of the Minute(s), County Clerk:
1. December 17, 2018.
2. January 7, 2019.
c. Grant application for the FY 2020 Cities Readiness Initiative (CRI) Grant through the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Health Care.
d. Grant application for the FY 2020 Hazards/Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Grant through the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Health Care.
e. Personnel Changes, Human Resources.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
Any action resulting from the executive session.
