Al-40629 Amendment No. 2 to Preparation of final plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) for the Collin County Outer Loop, Segment 3A (Dallas North Toll Way to East of SH 289) with CH2MHill Engineers, Inc. to add Supplemental Agreement No. 2 for additional services due to an alignment shift to accommodate restraints discovered during the detailed design process for an amount of $105,669.84, Engineering.
