Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Toll Road Authority Board of Directors will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

a. Filing of the December 3, 2018, Minutes, County Clerk.
b. Ratification of the Board President's prior approval of disbursements for the period ending December 18, 2018, Auditor.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
Any action resulting from executive session.
