Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:
1. Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:
2. Consent agenda to approve:
a. Disbursements for the period ending December 31, 2018, Auditor.
b. Ratification of the Board President's prior approval:
1. Disbursements for the period ending December 18, 2018, Auditor.
c. Filing of the Minute(s), County Clerk:
1. December 3, 2018.
2. December 10, 2018.
GENERAL DISCUSSION
Presentation, discussion and any action regarding:
3. Election of Health Care Foundation Officers. The Corporation must elect a President, Vice President(s) and Secretary. At a minimum the offices of President and Secretary must be held by different persons, Health Care Foundation Board.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
Any action resulting from the executive session.
