2. Al-39848 Grant application for the FY2016-2017 Local Public Health Services (LPHS) Grant in the amount of $43,278 through the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS).
c. Al-39850 Filing of April 20, 2015, Minutes, County Clerk.
