1. Al-39797 Lease Agreement with Urban League of Greater Dallas for property located at 920
E. Park Blvd, Suite 100, Plano, Texas commencing on May 15, 2015 though and including November 15, 2015, Construction & Projects.
2. Al-39795 Lease Agreement with the Collin County WIC Program and Wylie CYPP Properties LTD for property located at 303 W. Highway 78, Wylie, Texas commencing on September 1, 2015 though and including August 31, 2018, Construction & Projects.
c. Al-39787 Filing of April 6, 2015, Minutes, County Clerk.
d. Al-39747 Receive and File, Monthly Financial Report for January 2015, Auditor.
e. Al-39792 Establish two (2) cash drawers and allocate $500 to have sufficient change for cash payments made through the clinics, Auditor.
