Al-39767 Data Use Agreement with the Texas Health and Human Services Enterprise agency, Department of State Health Services and Collin County to expand the efforts to protect all types of confidential information and continue compliance with state and federal requirements applicable to confidential information and further authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Health Care.
c. Receive and File, Auditor:
1. Al-39662 Monthly Financial Report for December 2014.
2. Al-39705 Final Audit Results for Substance Abuse Program (3rd & 4th Quarter FY2014).
