a. Al-39362 Disbursements for the period ending December 16, 2014, Auditor.
b. Al-39390 Amendment No. 1 for Professional Services; RHP Anchor Duties with Public Information Associates to expand the services to include a strategy for managing a behavioral healthcare program and further authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Administrative Services.
c. Al-39315 Amendment No. 4 to the Lease Agreement with the Collin County Health Care Foundation and Collin County for property located at 900 East Park Boulevard, Suite 200, Plano, Texas to extend the lease term through and including December 31, 2015 and further authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Construction & Projects.
d. Al-39347 Filing of the December 1, 2014, Minutes, County Clerk.
e. Al-39367 Personnel Appointments, Human Resources.
